Traditional production techniques of Tong Ren Tang Ejiao

同仁堂阿膠傳統制作技藝,一是選用上等、整張驢皮。二是采用傳統古法炮制工藝,包括熬膠技藝、打沫技藝、收膠技藝、悶晾技藝、擦膠技藝。熬膠技藝是指按傳統常壓補水熬膠,保留膠液的技藝;收膠技藝是指憑借藥工豐富經驗,通過觀察“掛旗”等傳統工藝判斷收膠火候的技藝;悶晾技藝是指按傳統“三悶三晾”方式晾膠的技藝;擦膠技藝是指按傳統技藝對阿膠進行反復擦拭的技藝。
